the matter was reported here on the 14 August then they later contacted me and they acknowledge to have wronged me ,then they said the matter was referred to the finance team for the the adjustments that must be done on the account .today is the 25 August still nothing is happening .

i dnt understand what is so difficult for your finance team to credit me whats mine .
the respond i got was that yes they incorrectly loaded the promotion on my account and they will sort it out , the response will take 48hrs le today am still waiting .
