Urgent Paid up letter required
Calling your call center does not help when your retention office don't answer calls. I need a paid-up letter to update my ITC with you guys urgently. I am getting emails saying I owe different amounts but when I call into your call center I have a credit of R0.00. Please update my information on ITC and send me a paid-up letter as a matter of urgency.
