urgent over charging

I have been paying my dstv every month and kept been disconnected on the 25th of every month, thus having to pay an additional R50 reconnection fees. I sent an email to multichoice to change the dates as I don't get paid on the 25th. Its was confirmed by Sibongile Hlongwane that the dates were changed to the 30th of every month. However, I was disconnected on the 28 August and was told I must pay reconnection fees of R122.73 by Tsholofelo Ma***o. My monthly instalment is R423.10. Why am I keep having to pay reconnection fees and on top of it, over charge reconnection fees. I am extremely disgusted that nobody could help me and am told to pay R122. 73 otherwise I will be disconnected again before the 30 August. What is going on?????
