Urgent Concern Regarding DPP: Decoder Payment Plan Entries on My Credit Report

I’ve recently discovered three unexpected entries on my credit report labeled DPP: Decoder Payment Plan, each showing an outstanding balance. These entries claim I entered into the payment plans in September last year, but I have no recollection of doing so.

What’s even more confusing is that I haven’t made any payments to DStv this year, nor am I currently subscribed to any of their services. Yet, my credit report reflects three missed payments for May, June, and July, which is completely inaccurate and is now negatively impacting my credit score.

I urgently need clarity on what the Decoder Payment Plan (DPP) is, why these entries exist, and how I can have them removed or corrected. This situation is unfair and distressing, and I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve it as soon as possible.
