Urgent Complaint – Faulty DSTV Internet Router & Unacceptable Service at Maponya Mall

I am extremely frustrated with the DSTV Internet Router service. My mother was sold a package that does not benefit her in any way, and she is now stuck with a device that does not work. This is not due to her inability to use the device, but because the router itself is faulty. Despite several attempts to get assistance, DSTV Maponya Mall has been unable to replace the non-responsive device with one that actually connects to the internet, as was promised by the sales representative. To make matters worse, the level of service at DSTV Maponya Mall is unacceptable. The staff have shown little respect to elderly clients seeking help and information. On one occasion, a consultant reeked of alcohol and even shouted at us while we were trying to get answers. This behavior is deeply unprofessional and takes advantage of vulnerable customers. I demand that this issue be resolved urgently. We expect the faulty device to be replaced immediately with a working router, and for DSTV to address the unprofessional conduct of staff at the Maponya Mall branch. Please confirm how this matter will be resolved as soon as possible.
