Urgent
After my complaint, I received a call from Amanda from Multichoice twice.. Who promised a call back after her investigation. It been over 3 weeks and I'm still waiting. It shocking how even the complaints team at Multichoice is so ***********. I've sent numerous complaints and still get no joy.
