Urgent attention required - Invalid Charges

<p>Good day,</p> <p>Multichoice lodged invalid charged for extra services against my DSTV account, without my authorisation in late 2016. It was then handed over to the Verdicred credit bureau. I logged a call on 26 and 27 February. I followed up again today and the charges were not reversed yet. The Call centre's response is that they are waiting for the Finance team to respond. </p> <p>I urgently require a response regarding this, also that my Credit Record was not affected.</p> <p>Regards </p>
