Upsize Package **** still waiting after 5 days

I have been with DStv for more than 30 years and as a Pensioner I had to downgrade to DStv Compact. I used the pay R100 extra promotion for the last 2 months by paying R100 extra and having Premium viewing. On the 4th April this month I was sent an SMS to pay the R100 extra again which I paid the same day on the DStv app which paid for my normal Compact package and would cover the upsize for April. I have proof of the SMS and also the day payment was paid and cleared on the DStv App.Fro. previous experience I was told they run the Clients and Premium will be available after 48 hrs. I am now sitting 5 days later still waiting for Premium to be activated. I was looking forward to watching the Masters Golf this weekend please.
