Upset Client ( Ref No: ***4)
On the 31st Dtv debited their money from my account as oer recurring method, the following day i accidentally made a payment again in a deposit methods via EFT, after i realized that i paid twice i immediately contacted them on Friday, they asked me to submit the proof of payment and ID copy i then submitted them, ever since i been sending endless emails no one is returning to any of them, i am upset by their level of lack of communication, had it been me who missed a payment they would have switched off the account, DSTV MULTICHOICE I NEED MY REFUND TODAY.

05 Jan 2021, 18:15Following my complaint yesterday, MULTICHOICE has done it again, yesterday they promised me heaven and earth that the money will be in today if not they will contact me, day 4 I am waiting, i ask myself if i dont pay the account do they also grant unlimited free services or they cut me off same day? This is disgusting, am upset MULTICHOICE I DEMAND MY REFUND!!!!!! I DEMAND MY REFUND!!!!!! I DEMAND MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!
