UPGRADING TO EXPLORA
This is my second complaint regarding this!!! I app**** for an upgrade to a new Explora decoder on the promotion advertised for the 24 month all inclusive deal for R849. I got approved on the 6th of July already and I have been battling to get answers as to why it's not delivered. Dinah phoned me last week and said she will follow it up for me, still no one is coming back to me. It is now almost a month ... this is so frustrating!!! <br> I don't know where to complain or what to don anymore!! I have a ref no. ***2
