Upgrading Packages without Permission of client

Hi Wandile a client of Dstv Multichoice. I had called in early December 2018 regarding my package, i called wanting to know how much would it be changing my package to another package, A Sales lady told me the different prices on the packages offered by Dstv Multichoice, and then we concluded our conversation informing her if and when i would like to change my package, i would contact Multichoice whether i would consider changing my package. The sales lady had upgraded my package without my knowledge or approval. checking my bank statement proves she did!!! I'm very upset that my personal information was used without my permission or discretion and now i have to pay for a package in which i never accepted or agreed on.
