Upgraded without my knowledge

1 downgraded on the 27th of may to access and the downgrade was successful, I paid for the month of June(R140) , today it say I owe 345. I spoke with phindile skosana on chatbox and she told me that she downgraded and the downgrade is pending, and will be effective after 24/h. I asked how much I should pay she said 150 and I told her I'll keep the chats for future referencing and she logged me out of my DStv account immediately. I won't pay the 345 fix my account.
