Upgrade your Dstv package and in 2 days time pay the pro rata within 2 days or you get disconnected

<p>Called your call centre to upgrade to Dstv premium package and was advised that should I upgrade I would need to pay the prorata within 2 days or I will be disconnected. Apparently it was always the business rule. As per your consultant it is a business rule and Dstv won't change the rule so in other words Dstv doesn't trust it's customers to pay them. So if I have a debit order does that not imply that you can charge me the subscription for next month as well as the pro rata on my debit order date stipulated. This is my second run in with Dstv. You are not a valued customer and Dstv can't wait to debit you within 2 days of upgrading your package. Other companies dont operate on this basis but Dstv changes their policies as they please. Wish we could have another provider that can compete with this monopoly.</p>
