Upgrade with Internet disaster!!!
Upgraded 24th Aug with added Internet packages via whatsapp (Jabulile), but everytime i check MyDSTV the amount payable is way more. They are billing separately instead of as per agreed Price Lock bundled package. I sent the Whatsapp exchange but after several emails and over an hour on calls to them nothing gets resolved. No wonder they are losing customers hand over fist. Only upgraded for.the motorsport!
