Upgrade: Umthatha

<p>My decoder's hard drive crashed, so I need to either get it repaired or get an upgrade. I sent an sms to DSTV to contact me with the nearest centre in Cape Town (I live in Kenilworth). Four days later I received a call about my enquiry. (I subsequently found out that I must go to N1 City). After asking where I should go (just to confirm), I was kept waiting for about 5 minutes and then told I had to go to Umthatha - THAT'S in the Transkei!!. The lady in the call centre had no idea where to send me. Wow what unbelievabley poor service.</p>
