Upgrade to Price lock....... the biggest mistake ever

opted for a price lock solution from DSTV, and since that installation was done, my account is a mess! Incorrect debit orders, numerous phone calls and reference numbers, and again today my account suspended due to non payment...now the issue is not me not Paying, it is the debit order not being allocated to my account. The matter was escalated to "supervisors" to no avail.

The latest excuse is that my account details (which have been working perfectly for almost 10 years) are now all of a sudden incorrect, and they (the call centre agent who I spoke to does not know how to correct it.
