Upgrade to explora Multi Choice DSTV

So I have been a customer of Multi Choice in excess of 20 years......... Last week 19 February I eventually spoke to an operator who was going to get someone to phone as I'd like to upgrade to the explora bull bouque .... Saterday 22 February I phoned them again as I did not receive any feedback. Yesterday Monday 24 February I phoned them again, and still nobody has phoned me, this is nothing less than pathetic..... absolutely pathetic.
