Upgrade lead to no service

I have requested an upgrade from compact to compact plus.The request did not go through. I called Dstv call centre they said upgrade is still pending. When I got home from work I found the service been terminated. They billed me for compact plus but I'm not getting the service. I have spoken to 4 call centre agents who all gave me conflicting stories. Customer service is not a priority for Dstv. Dstv is only interested in getting money from us. They updated the account to compact plus fees without upgrading the service they offer. No one is willing to assist. I can not view Dstv but I have paid
