Upgrade I know nothing off

My account was increased without my approval and they want me to pay an amount I didnt approve. They did the wheel and I wont 1 month upgrade sad part I didnt received the price. Send an email to them Sibusiso rep**** to commanded me to pay the amount I knew nothing about, went back to him to give me the evidence of me approving this transaction still waiting it's being tow days now. See below response. In my email I had 3 issues I submitted only got this email back. Go back read my email then respond to all my issues in my email and please tell Sbusiso I'm still waiting for my responses.
