Upgrade gone horribly wrong

I swear Multichoice has the ****iest service ever. I got an email for an upgrade, saying if I sent an sms I will be upgraded in 24 hours. I sent it on Friday the 5th n to date nothing happened, I then sent a what’s app n they said I needed to pay an x amount , which I paid n still nothing. I then called the call center 3x n nobody could assist. I spoke to Gcinile who told me that I was upgraded,I told her I’m not.She said to reboot the decoder still nothing. Maybe Dstv think they r doing me a favor, so stuff the upgrade, I don’t want it anymore.Im now looking at installing Netflix because clearly DStv has had enough of our money. I’m canceling their useless services.
