Upgrade Fee and not all channels reflecting on DSTV Now

Firstly I upgraded from Compact to Premium on the 1st July 2020, I was surprised to learn that there is an upgrade fee, the main reason most people downgraded is to save money and that there was not much content in the way of sport etc and then now you must pay a service fee, I'm frustrated already. I have been trying to make contact via Live Chat for DSTV Now as not all channels are showing, besides the fact that you don"t get a notification when the consultant replies, the consultant leaves the chat after 5 minutes if you don't. I have managed to get through twice but my problem has not been resolved as yet.
