Upgrade/downgrade
Absolutely disappointed that you have decided to take back control of the upgrade and downgrade account function from the customer. It is a function that has worked well for the customer for so long. It seems that you have decided to be retrogressive just so as to push customers towards setting up debit orders. Shame on you! You can only do such because you are a monopoly. That is tue only logical reason why you can reverse a facility that initially existed for customers! When an alternative comes please be assured that I will be the first to leave you!!
