Upgrade declined equals to disconnection

Hi dstv introduced the add R100 upgrade but I made my payment on the 31st March 2025 R125, my services continued until I opted out of the upgrade I didn't request or sign up for.

If I had balance owed to them y didn't cut my services on the 31st this on not fair as a customer for year's.
