******** upgrade and billing

I'm on price lock 24 months compact contract, out of the blue without my consent and knowledge I'm upgraded to compact plus and billed from my R491.00 to R777.00 .My services are now disconnected every 2 days even when I never skipped my agreed payments. I this morning interacted with Reitumetse/Keitumetse who was very unhelpful and sadly defensive, a very bad listener who cannot retrieve simple Financials from her system and or interpret them except .She is very clueless and I suspect she is a product of ********. I'm now left with no choice but to dispute my debit order and use alternative services ***
