Update of my physical address
I lodged a complaint on 29 Jan regarding the incorrect adress on my statement. I received a call from Nthando advising he will rectify the adress and will forward me an updated statement, however on the updated statement 2 adresses reflects.
Can i pls ask DSTV to call me and resolve the issue.
