Update my credit profile
2017 I took out a contract with multichoice of dstv price lock with an Explora for R549 if I'm not mistaken. I paid and finished the contract but on my credit profile there's a R179 that it says I owe. They never updated my credit profile with the credit bureau, I have been calling and emailing and no one seems to rectify it.

12 Feb 2022, 18:46No one has contacted me at all, I need a feedback ASAP. I am tired of doing this up and down with you. Rather provide me with a settlement letter of that Price lock plan so that I can forward the correspondence to credit bureau since you are unable to do so.
