Unwell thought of procedure

<p>Basically I bought a decoder years back, requested for inatllation and all, on the day the devise was connected I specifically made the call to ask the installer to go where I live to get this done and my brother was home. The installer insted of calling me back to call me and register me as the owner submitted my brothers details in and it's a mission to pay the montly premiums or let alone know of any increase. This whole ownership thing has been causing quite some admin in my life, not only that now I must go tho him for ownership and we are not on speaking terms. Guys this would have been avoided if Dstv folowed the proper procedure and gave their installer proper training. I need thos sorted ASAP!! as I am paying the premium for my mother.</p>
