Unwarranted Disconnection

My payment date has always been the 1st and my payment history would reflect that, my services were interrupted from yesterday and normally I would get a grace period of a couple of days should I not be able to pay on the exact date.the 1st fell on a weekend this time around and yet my services were disconnected a day after.I made a payment last night though and the customer reps said that it did not reflect, I paid again this morning at a pep store using a different method than the one I used last night.

Firstly I do not know who changed my payment date and I dare you to prove that I did, I will not be liable for the disconnection fees and should this keep going on you guys might have to even reimburse me for the calls and data related to such queries. I dont find pleasure in this improper use of my time and money when I could be using it productively.
