Unwanted policies

I struggle with Dstv for almost 4 months now with policies on my package I call they reconnect for 2 days and suspend again if I want that policies I will willing pay for it but I'm not interested in policies I can't view in peace because of policies they never come back to me with the evidence I never received the email they we supposed to sent to me.No payment of unwanted policies no viewing of Dstv.I update my details the first time I call the fone number they have I never used that number in years but they open the policies with that number.This is emotional stress
