UNTRUSTY WORTHY SERVICE PROVIDER INSTALLERS

On the 4th of April 2022 MS Mosele Rampai installation came to my apartment to install Explora Ultra however upon discussion we came to an agreement that since I already had installed the older version there is no need to use the new dish and LNB but rather activate the decoder. A day after I realise that they had not given me my new LNB, immediately I contacted the lady she and she confirmed indeed she has an extra LNB which is mine and said she would bring it the following Wednesday... I have been patient with her and her excuses about send the LNB and also I had informed her that failure to bring anytime later than the 20th April I won't be in town after many excuses trying arrange to get the LNB. Today 25 May 2022 I still find myself trying to get my LNB but now the lady has chosen to ignore my messages completely. DSTV multichoice need to screen its service providers because now we as clients are getting ****** in broad daylight by its installers. I have paid my money but sit without an LNB because JS AND MS RAMPAI *** /*** running away with it after so many attempts. I asked her to courier it but that to she did not do. The Courier Guy would not cost her even R100 to courier it and I did advice her to do as such but no that has fallen to deaf ears. I want my LNB and the service JS AND MS RAMPAI needs to reviewed because honesty and loyalty is clearly not on their vison and mission of their company. I want DSTV to reimburse me the LNB as this is their service provider they send out to install on their behalf.
