Untrusted installer

on the 3rd of June 2022 i got hold of a multichoice accredited installer 11162mc to assist me with a splitter which he brought one and connected ,3days later it stopped working and when i called him to come sort it out he told me he is busy in the east rand he will come in the afternoon and he never did .Few calls and whatsapps were made to him but his phone was off ,i then got hold of someone ( installer )to come assist when he got to my place only to find out that he installed an old splitter but he told me that it was new on his installation .Now he is not taking my calls anymore ,can please multichoice see how to assist in this matter since he is contracted to them .i paid him for a new device and labour but now he is gone awol
