Untrusted company

They debited money from my account without my consent,i was owing r50,they debited r385,

Ive asked them to refund me,they want me to keep the money hanging in the account until i reconnect.now they said they will pay me provided I've sent my banking statement,proof of payment n also my id,i did exactly that,live been calling them everyday atleast twice a day,they send me from pillar to post
