Untrained call centre and inefficient service

Dear DSTV. This is my last resort in making contact as both your call centre and multichoice office have failed to assist me. I ordered the DSTV Xplorer on the price lock option however the apartment block where I live has a communal dish and therefore the Xplorer and the benefits it has will not work for my unit. I called the call centre to advise of the problem, explained the decoder is still in the box unopened with security seal still on and may I return it. I was told I could take it to my nearest multichoice office. I did and at the multichoice office, I was told they could not take it back and that the courier company that delivered would have to fetch it. I was told dstv would contact me to arrange puck up. This was last Wednesday 19 Oct 2016. My Sunday, having not heard from anyone at dstv I called the call centre again and they advised they only thing they could do was log a call for the request to be processed. I assumed this was already done as that what I was told at the multichoice office in n1 city on the 19 Oct. The call centre on Sunday said I would most likely hear from someone in the next 48 hours. Low and behold it's the 26 Oct and still no word. I am now going to be double deducted for the subscription fee for a service I am not even using. Can someone get back to me soon or I shall find a better use for my R879 a month
