Untrained call center staff

I wonder where did the multichoice get they're customer care staff those people are useless how can you chat with a person for the whole 30 minutes that you know you can't help and tell him that it is not your department but he told you from the word go what was the query can someone tell are these people trained I don't think so multichoice please train your staff because they're costing us big time and money
