untoralable service

On the 20th of June I bought a DSTV decoder that comes with installation at Game wonder park mall. I was told to call customer care to get assistance with installation. wich I did the very same day and they gave me contacts of their installer by the name of Eugene, who resides at mabopane. I called him and it was answerd by a lady who promised that they'll come on Tuesday the 23rd. on Tuesday I took a day off from work just so I can wait for him, but he didn't pitch.

on the 23rd I made another call to dstv customer care and they gave me numbers of one of their installer by the name of Brian Matlakana, who resides at Garankuwa. I called him too and he said he'll get back to me in an hour as he was busy with another call out, and he'll charge me R100 for his services. it came as a shock being told that I'll have to make another payment.

It's pretty much clear that the so called \ so much more "it's just a fairytale.

Till today I'm still waiting for an installer.
