I have a dstv explorer ultra with showmax but I can't watch showmax on my TV I engage with multichoice since April but they can't resolve this problem but they keep on debiting my account for showmax they have been sending me from pillar to post with no solution my reference number is ***

Showmax e-mail address: When did the issue happen (date & time)?: Has the issue occurred before?: Are you using any VPN or Proxy service?: Please check the speedtest results. To check, please press the HELP button, select Tools, and then select Connectivity Checker. Internet Service Provider: IP address: Are you experiencing the same issue on other devices?: Are you experiencing the same issue on a different connection?: What is the device's Firmware version?: To check the Explora version press the blue DStv button>Go to Settings>Select User Preferences>Select General>Select Download latest software> (If this option is greyed out, the decoder is already on the latest software) The error message on your TV screen:
Please also try to press the APPS icon on the remote scroll to Showmax and advise if you are still getting the same error.
