Unsolicited calls

<p>Just a note to say I don't appreciate the unsolicited calls I get from DSTV. I get a call from an unknown cellphone number and on answering hear the message (or words to the effect) that to hold on as this call can impact on my credit record. Of course I am concerned that there is a problem somewhere (the message does not state its a DSTV call) and I hold on only to reach an operator who is trying to put me on a debit order for THIER convenience. My account is and has never been in arrears and I have on numerous occasions declined changing to a debit order. Implying that not taking the call could impair my credit rating is misleading and most likely ******* as the call has nothing to do with my credit rating at all.</p>
