Unserviced customer

Good Day I have a debit order running on my current account for DStv going off every month on the 20th I called the call center on the 21 July 2019 noticing that my debit order bounced I called at 07:30 from *** I was told by the consultant my services will not be cancelled. So today on the 25 July 2019 my services got cancelled. This is poor service as I have been a long standing DStv customer for many years and to be services this way is unacceptable. I would like an answer before I cancel my services with this company and take my as well as everybody I know business elsewhere.
