I would like to report a dstv installer for bringing your brand-name into disrepute, in my view such a business should not represent you.

The said installer is situated at north dale shopping center in ninapark , pretoria North .

His name is sifiso , after a new dish installation he took my old premium view decoder which is still insured with you, promising to replace it the next day with an explorer , after visiting his store and then waiting for a month I called him.

He now alledges that he was hijacked and my decoder was ****** at the same time and that I should submit an affidavit about this?

I told him that the decoder was not ****** from my possession and that he is the one who has to submit an affidavit and return or replace the decoder .to which he indicated that I am not listening to him and that he will have to find out from DStv what to do , he is evasive about when he will give me feedback.

I would like this matter to be investigated.
