On the 25/08/2020 I paid R790 for compact plus on extra view and access package on standalone decoder. On the 28/ 08/2020 I upgraded the stand alone to compact. Now on the 28/08/2020 my account is R1168,31. Just how possible it is, 3 days after paying for September my account is at R1168,68. Whereas I’m supposed to get a change of R26. And stop with the excuse, that I paid before my billing period which is month end. I have been paying like that for more than five years. Fix this mess.
