Unsatisfied service.

I'm sitting with same problem everybody is writing and complaining about the ''Price lock Department'', service been suspended due to payment, debit orders amount more than the actual amount debited. Price lock department will call you in 48 hours that never happened. i can go on an on. Come on DSTV, you need to pull up your socks with your services from the bottom up. You put yourself in BAD state here. People expect service what they are paying for.
