Unsatisfied

So this is my 3rd complaint that I am writing with regards 6o a refund which I still have not received..what is the delay with me been refunded my cash..I have been to the offices in randburg but was advised that I would receive the funds which was supposed to be last week I have made many calls lasting above 30mins each..would it be so hard to just be called and told wats going on and get my money back...and by the way one agent told me I might have to wait up to 40 days for the refunds ..what bullsh*t is that
