UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have app**** for price lock (the six one) an installer was dispatched to my property in October 2023 he never completed the installation but left the decoder here not activated. Since October 2023 to date I am paying for a price lock that is incomplete. Made numerous phone calls to DStv and was promised the matter would be escalated every time the agent drops the call after not having any answers. This has been one poor service!!!!!!!!!
