UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
I bought an Explora2 over a year ago, it started giving me problems about two weeks ago and i couldnt get help. i was willing to purchase a new one when i trade in the old one. I was advised to get refurblished one in Ladybrand and the decoder isnt working . I have been calling back and forth at the call center and no one seems to care. however they dont mind debiting my account on a product i am not using. The case is constantly being escaleted to someone i dont know who and when they plan to handle my case.i guess its more money down the drain. I GUESS BEING A CUSTOMER FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS MEANS NOTHING TO DSTV. Bad service
