unsatisfied

Last month 26 aug I paid R1600 on my account as it was in arrears. Then phoned for recconection all was well. Now this month the 28 sept it was cut off again, and when I check \how much do I owe"I needed to pay 347 it was paid on the 29th sept and i phoned for reconnection I was told that the amount that showed on my cell was the arrears again I have to pay 701 for my monthly subscription. Then I asked to speak to a suervisor and I was asked to hold for more than 5 minutes. I'm using airtime here I had to hang up and phone again"
