Unsatisfactory service due to disconnected package

On July 27,2023 my dstv package was disconnected. I immediately called customer service center and I was told that my decoder is deemed *****ulent. I further asked the cause of this status, and they said it is due to the upgrading and downgrading that take place time and again. I then told them that my account is paid in full for the whole month and they said I must pay R247, I paid it immediately with a hope that my decoder will be activated with a package reinstated. Sadly, I had past a day without watching anything beside channel 100. The next day I called, I was given 086........number that I must call so that I can fix the issue. When I called that number I was put on hold for almost 1 hour with no luck, I ran out of R100 airtime and I had to buy another one. Till to date, my package has been deactivated. I have exhausted all possible means to try and get my issue resolved. This is disappointing because I had paid for the whole month and I did not enjoy my package for the whole month. I wish I could be assisted. The Dstv *****ulent department is unprofessional because their call center agents doesn't pick up the calls forgetting that we are using a lot of airtime to report our issues.
