Unsatisfactory service

For the past week I have been experiencing problems with my internet. When I contacted the call center Noone had a clue on hiw to fix the problem. I just tried to send an email, the email address nolonger works. Today I spent the whole day without internet and dstv is quiet they are not notifying us with network issues. I am utterly disappointed in them.
