Unsatisfactory service

I am a very disappointed and irate client as i received a call from one of the Multichoice agents 2 weeks ago to offer me a DSTV price lock decoder of which was delivered to my residents the following day by Fedex services.

However i have been waiting for installation ever since. I called the call center in Multi choice and spoke one of the agents who advised me i must call the installers myself to come through to connect the decoder.

I was given numbers of installers in my area in Germiston of which they one of them promised to come to my house on Saturday , the whole day Saturday nobody pitched or bothered to call me as why they did not come. I called the Second installer and they advised they will come through on Monday, Monday came nothing happened. They then advised they do not have stock of the equipment needed but that was after i called them to query as what is the delay. The first installers after calling on a Monday advise they came around and could not find parking on Saturday then they left of which i believe is not true, as they did not call me to advise they are outside my house. The third installers advised me they do not work in my area after spending the day making arrangements with them to come through. I then called the multi choice offices to advise them on my dilemma as of having a decoder that is not installed lying in house of which comes month end i will be debited for its non use. The agent Phumla that i spoke to in call center advised me she will escalate the matter to Field services and will get someone to my house by last night latest, However that did not happen as well and no communication was received from them. I had to call the call center again and was assisted by Ntsako who advised she will get back to me with a by midday today. Still no response. I called again and spoke to Tsidiseng and requested to speak to the supervisor however my line cut and non of them had the decency to call me back. I did call again and spoke to Itumeleng who was argumentative on the phone and refused to give his email address as i wanted to send my query through in writing. Itumeleng was rude and shouted at me as he had no compassion as call center agent should be towards an irritated client. I am deeply d disgusted by the services at Multichoice as they are *********** stuff and have no curtsy to cater for clients who need the services when we call through the call center. my biggest concern is i will debited come month end for a decoder that is not connected at all.

I wish that Multichoice can find a way to communicate and attend to clients on urgent matters. My query is still not resolved.

Good day I do acknowledge your apology on behalf on the Multichoice call centre staff. However biggest consern is having being debited for a decoder that i am not using for the past 2 weeks. Please advice as how we will address the payment issue comes month end as i will be charged for storage for the decoder. kindly advise on the turn around time for Field services as there was apparently a case logged 2 days ago and was given a REF number of 197 97. Regards
