Unsatisfactory results!!

hank you for Benedict for trying to resolve my problem that i have experience with DSTV.

I'm still not pleased because I can still see that I'm still paying more than my usual premium of R1,255.00 for on the contract that I have with DSTV. Benedict confirmed that they have reinstated my previous contract that was deleted by Anathi and I've seen that my premium R879 where as my contract was R839.00 with discount of the PVR access of R110, now I see its R879 and PVR access R115 but its more with R47 rands. I want this rectified and sorted. My showmax is not even playing but its active with no show. Ever time with DSTV there's always a story behind and you have to always use aggressiveness for your issues to be resolved.
