Unsatisfactory and Unhelpful

I cannot understand why am I paying R812.00.

I have compact Plus with Showmax, all I need to know and understand is how did you come with R812 price while we are living under these trying times.

I spoke to Gugu at your call centre who kept me holding for while, who was not able to tell me how did the R812 come about and then cut the call. She has my details on her screen why didn't she call me back and give me a proper explanation as to how did you come up with this price.

Also one of the other things I'm unhappy with when it comes to Multichoice it's this R99 additional price charged for having PVR which is over and above the R95 price plan that I took for the PVR no one told me about such.

The service at Multichoice is shocking and so unacceptable considering the price that one is paying on a monthly basis. I'm seriously considering cancelling the whole contract with DSTV, it's really not worth the stress and the below average service that we are getting.

Someone needs to call me and explain the R812.00
